2 x separate 900×300 sized and one 450x300x50mm high quality floating shelves make up this deal, each of the shelves can be fitted spaced or positioned to suit your requirements and used to support suit most audio equipment. The shelf sizes are 900×300 deep and 450×300 deep x 50mm in thickness, finished in a high gloss white painted finish. The wall mounting brackets are supplied, plus the screws and plugs for fixing to solid brick/cement walls. Weight capacity is up to 15kg of evenly distributed load when fitted correctly to good condition solid/brick/concrete walls, or if fitted into the studs in a hollow cavity type wall. Extra holes can be drilled into bracket base (highly recommended) if required to coincide with your stud positioning in the cavity gyprock type wall. Small cut out in rear of shelf to run small cables through although cables need to be set into the wall to hide them completely. These floating shelves can be fitted to hollow cavity walls using our high quality hollow wall anchors available here. Minimum of 5 fixings are required per shelf (below detail) so use 15 per deal. Weight capacity of each shelf can be up to 12KG of evenly distributed load on the shelf when fitted correctly by an experienced floating shelving installer using the HW3 wall anchors.
A correctly installed shelf bracket will have no visible movement between the brackets base plate and the wall surface when load is applied to the bracket rods. The shelving installer must check this before fitting the shelf to the bracket.
